Corporate Social Responsibility

Fudura invests in a reliable, sustainable and affordable energy supply for its customers.

Our objective is to continuously improve our products and services for the benefit of our customers. The health, safety and well-being of our employees, visitors and customers are paramount.

Fudura strives to minimise the negative effects on the environment, thereby improving the quality of our living and working environments, both for the environment itself and our employees. Based on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept, we ensure that our own organisation is becoming increasingly sustainable. Part of this is that Fudura actively reduces its own direct and indirect CO2 emissions. We provide insight into our own energy consumption and aim for a CO2 neutral organisation.

Reduction targets

It has been found that a significant part of Fudura’s emissions is related to mobility. That is why we set the objective of reducing emissions each year. This means that we, as an organisation, become more sustainable every year, with objectives that must be challenging for our organisation, yet realistic at the same time.

The measures taken by Fudura are based on the results of the CO2 inventory and energy assessment and laid down in the Energy Management Action Plan. This plan is available for downloading at the bottom of this page.

Communication

In order to achieve the objectives, it is important for Fudura that we support these across the board. In order to increase employee involvement, our objectives and the extent to which we are on track are communicated in various ways. Examples include:

  • Internal newsletters
  • Monthly reports
  • Fun initiatives to stimulate the sustainable behaviour of our employees
